Drip your favorite colors into the ornament and rotate it around slowly. When the inside of the orb is completely coated, place it (hole downward) onto the rim of a glass so that the excess can drip out for some time, otherwise it'll be Easter before it dries.
Mostly we did reds and gold & green and white. Did a few for gifts that are very lovely with dk blue, sky blue, green and white--they look like a globe of Earth, really fabulous.
Caution: the glass is pretty fragile, one shattered in my hands, that was a real treat-kids be careful. ANyhoo, my husband and I did this last evening and listened to Xmas songs, very festive and fun.

I never thought of this, very good point. Esp considering that I, as did many here, grew up terrified of whispering what our biggest fears were because Satan, while he cannot read our minds, can hear our words and is waiting to leave cigarettes on the sidewalk for us to find and smoke them.
They 'splain that god isn't omnipresent, as you said, but lead us to believe that somehow Sedan Deville himself is.

What a hoot. No kidding, I grew up in AZ where nobody saves no daylight, no how, too damned hot. Here in Colorado however, they feel the need to make it where the sun goes down at 430 in the freaking afternoon. For those who work retail, this makes for a real long cold evening.

that part i cannot post is alot of bantering back and forth at a private jw message board......i do not get all the posters responses to my email address.. but there is a big deal going on with a posters response to the story, agreeing with the email i sent out.
obviously, they are saying the email i sent was from an apostate so since he agreed with some of it, he asked the board if they thought he was apostate too?

hardest conversation of my life
by metaspy inmoments ago, i talked to my mom.. i told her that i was taking some time off from going to meetings and service.. the conversation went down hill from there.. as her usual she just dismissed my reasons as if they meant nothing.. i pointed to the child molestations as my main reason for leaving.. "you are being over-sensitive", "jehovah takes care of things in his own time", "rely on jehovah".
those were the catch phrases of the conversation.. a new one was: "what have you been reading?".
i have a hard time standing up to my mother.

Remember this also, it may not be your nature to speak up boldly in your defense, don't try to force yourself to react in a way that's not comfortable to you. Sounds like you've already spoken up about your intent and the issues you have with WTS, and it sounds like that was hard enough. What's lingering is the way your mom made you feel like you just slithered from her womb this morning. I'm here to tell you dude, you've already accomplished what you set out to do, it's those damn feelings of yours that are eating at you.
I'm generally a cold bitch when it comes to confronting people and things that displease me, but the fact is I get all sick when I feel a confrontation coming on, I recently figured out that confrontations are basically unpleasant and I had to accept that and say So What and move on.
You are not weak, and she is not strong.
